What we process: When you contact us by email or phone we process the details you provide: your name, contact details, the content of your message and any attachments, such as documents for a quote. This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) to keep the service secure.
Purpose and legal basis: Responding to enquiries, preparing quotes and managing the client relationship. The basis is the preparation of a contract or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Retention: Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within two years. Assignment records are kept for as long as accounting and professional liability rules require.
Recipients: Only OSUMA staff and our email and hosting providers, acting as processors, handle the data. We do not share data for marketing or transfer it outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights: You can access, correct or delete your data, and restrict or object to processing. Send requests to info@osuma.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
The images on this site are our own photographs and visualisations unless a photographer is credited on the project page. Some images are AI-enhanced or AI-generated: we use AI to refine lighting, mood and surroundings, and to visualise projects that are still at the design stage.
We do not add structures or elements to photographs of completed buildings that do not exist on site. Visualisations of design-stage and competition projects show the design, not a built situation, and the project status is stated in the project text.
This notice fulfils the transparency obligation of Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU) 2024/1689 for AI-generated or AI-manipulated image content.
