Villa in Westend

Villa in Westend is a private home located in Espoo, Finland. The project was a refurbishment of an older 1980’s building. Most of the outer walls were saved and re insulated according to modern standards. The shape of the roof was changed to modern style and a spa wing was added to the house. Most of the interior spatial solutions were also changed.
