Lahekalda competition

Lahekalda area used to be a quarry next to the center of Tallinn, Estonia. We took part in an invitational competition to develop the area. Our concept included four different house concepts and a comprehensive plan for the common grounds as well as some public functions and work spaces. Project Resortum design team included Erik Ristoja, Aki Hiltunen, Paolo Caravello, Alessandro Vanzino and Julia Moh.
